As you have just mentioned your category which won't be sufficient while as your profile shows you are Odisha based so i am assuming you belong from that state while dear student it will be really not possible to seat at this much rank . I am afraid , your mark may not fetch you a government seat . Based on your score your rank would be 246476 - 286626. Even if you try state counselling , you need to be below a rank of 80000-70000 to stand a fair chance for your category . And the cutoffs vary in each state, it depends on factors like the number of seats available, number of applicants , the difficulty level of the exams,the competition in your category etc.You may have to look out for private institutions. Anyways you can try and see your luck in counselling.
