You required less marks as compared to general students.
For example you get section in 47 percentile for jee mains and also in jee advanced too very less marks needed but please study hard and crack this exam from general category marks.

The cutoff for St category varies from college to college and course to course you can specularly specify your course and college in which you can you want to get admitted right so the thing is like that in it is like in IIT Kanpur,Kharagpur, Delhi there is a certain cutoff in the certain course and in the different colleges like there are the private once there are the different cutoffs in that so this is the criteria.

IIT Bombay CSE 70% of total
IIT Delhi CSE 65% of total
IIT Kanpur and Madras CSE 62%
IIT Kharagpur 60%
IIT Roorkee and Guwahati 55%
IIT Hyderabad and IIT BHU 52%
IIT Indore 50%
Rest 42-50%
