Hi dear,
You should go for good private colleges in your state. If you want to pursue Btech do some research and find a good college for you which consider you on basis of 10+2 marks. Every private college give admission to any state board student. Do not worry and work hard in your Btech.

There are many university which gives admission on the base of merit
Also any university held their own entrance exam. You can try there or you dan try for state level entrance exam
