The BCA course is provided by many private institutions and few semi government colleges and each may have their own admission criteria. The most basic criteria is, at least 50% aggregate marks in class XII from any stream.
In some cases, the colleges also require mathematics or a subject with computer related components like I.P or C.S.
However, majority of the colleges follow the basic criteria with sometimes followed by an interview.
So, you should get admission even without any additional subject.

Yes, you can still do a BCA course even if you are a state board student without optional subjects like IT or Maths. Most BCA colleges accept students from any stream as long as they have passed 12th from a recognized board. The key requirement is usually just passing 12th with a minimum percentage, and English is often the only compulsory subject needed.
