I am Aayush I have got 95.69..per( jee mains 2019),having OBC rank 12000. Can I get machanical or electrical brances .

Congratulation to you for obtaining such a rank in JEE main. Since your OBC- NCL category rank is 12000. In North-east NITs you may get a seat for mechanical or electrical engineering but in home state NIT you may get a seat for metallurgy and materials engineering or for civil engineering.
