my jee main rank is 21000 in sc catagory. Can I get admission to EE OR ECE in any NIT OR IIIT of all over india?

Firstly , i would like to tell you that i can not recognize any university with name yadabpur . If it is jadavpur university , then please mention it in comments . And also mention the name of exam in which you have got this rank.
