I am aiming to score 120 marks in aiims examination and I am from general category will i get any college in this much marks

Hello. 120 marks is a pretty good score in AIIMS entrance. Though you wont get AIIMS Delhi, Bhopal, and Jodhpur with this score, you can surely get ssat in any of the new aiims and rest of the aiims i.e. Raipur, rishikesh, patna.
