Hello Aspirant,
Now, there is no option for you to change your category in application form once submitted.You will be considered general in that case.But later on at time of counselling and admission you can have the changes.Although you can have changes on Oct 8 at the time of correction window opening.

You will be able to make such changes in the application form of JEE Main 2019 when the correction window will open which is from October 8.
