I am an average student how could I get higher package?

In this competitive world one must have basic knowledge and skills to apply to achieve the task. Don't worry if you are an average student, whatever field you have choosed, in whatever field you are interested in, you must gain knowledge and learn things. When you have a bit of knowledge your skills will help you how to apply the knowledge in whatever you are doing. You must be good both in aptitude and soft skills. One must have good communication skills. You must learn soft skills like time management, leadership qualities, team player, goal oriented, critical thinking etc. If you develop such skills they will help you at the time of interview. You must learn new things such as learn about new technologies, new development etc. Participate in co curricular activities, build a resume which is attractive to the recruiters. At the time of interview your marks are merely considered what the recruiters see is your attitude, knowledge, soft and hard skills. If you could develop such skills you will definitely get a good job which pays you tremendously.

The package you get depends upon the company that offers it to you. Bigger companies prefer visiting colleges that have a very good reputation. However, being in a good college is not enough as at the end of the day, companies are looking for skillful and hard workers. You need to forget your performance trends till now and give your full focus on studies like your future is dependent on it because it is.
