I am an engineering graduate and I want to do MS in abroad,what tests should I take in order to get a scholarship and a good institution?

IELTS & TOEFL is mandatory for Foreign Studies.
For Engineering, u should take MS in IT.

MS means Master of Science (Latin:Magister Scientiae)..... Totally Depends upon your interest.If you are running after money or to show off then its time to think again.If you are passionate as in you can do it for free the work, then dont give a second though MORALJust be focused and weigh your priorities
Thanks for that ,actually I feel I can learn it in better way if I get to study there,and the main problem is I don’t have that much financial strength currently and I know nothing about how to apply and all the other things .
