I am an engineering student.i am eligible for fees reimbursement.can i get the reimbursement if fail in any of the semester?

Hi.
Fee Reimbursement is an internal matter of the college. Usually when a candidate fails a subject in a semester, he or she is given a backlog which they have to clear in upcoming semesters. There is no province for Fee to be returned to the candidate.

In Ap, attendance of the students is also taking into consideration .most of the students in my college are saying that if we have a backlog we are not eligible for fees reimbursement.is that rule is applicable only from this year?
