I am an IB student, can I get addmisition here without IIT or JEE entrance examination.

Hello,
To get into any colleges that come under jee, including most importantly NITs and IITs you will have to appear in jee mains and jee advance(for IITs) in order to secure admission.It doesn't matter what you background is you will have to go through this process.
