Dear Shephali, of course you can do MBA from China. Seven universities, in China, are considered among the top 150 in the world, with four in the top 50, according to the QS World University Rankings. These results are self explaining of the quality of education these institutions provide.
If you are thinking that you don't know Chinese and how will you manage and study, then don't worry these universities have separate sections. If you want to persue your MBA degree in English then you can, it's your choice and there's no extra fees for this.
