I am an obc category child under state list so my admission is on the badis of my CRL rank or my obc rank?

My jee mains rank is 108378 and my category is obc and I am of home quota, so can I get admission in ccet or uiet in any of the streams?

You need to be in the obc list of the central government .As the exam s conducted by a national agency an admission are made to institution which are under purview of the central government, so you nee to check whether you come in te central obc list els you will be getting treatment like an open category student.
