The cutoff differs every year depending on the various factors so it's difficult to tell you the exact. It also differs to home state quota & other state quota. The admission is based on the rank so I can help you with rank here. As per the previous year, The cutoff rank was 2165 as Home state quota & for Other state quota was 357 as OBC candidate CSE branch.

As a OBC-NCl student, your cut off marks are nearly 74 marks. So you have more chances to get a seat in NITs. There are 31 NITs in India. NIT Trichy is present in Tamil Nadu. So based on the reservation policies in Tamil Nadu and number of applications, your possibilities will vary.
