Since you have completed your 10th and 12th in India you can take part not only in kcet but also her and other entrance exams in India .It doesn't depend on where you do your 1-9 , you must do your 10th and 12th from india. That's the only criteria

To fulfil the eligibility criteria of KCET 2019 , the candidate should have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1 of the exam year.
