No, sorry but you cannot appear in SSC CGL yet , because age limit for SSC CGL must not be less than 18 years and cannot more than 32 years.
But you can apply after completion of 12th standard and after completing the Age criteria.
Here at the time of registration they will also asked to submit the 12th and 10th standard Certificate for the same.
Eligibility criteria for SSC CGL are listed below :-
The candidate must be citizen of India.
Educational qualifications - for Grade 1 ,Aspirant must have completed Graduation degree in respective field , apart from that candidates should study either in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics as an elective subject or as a compulsory subject.
For Grade 2 - candidate must have completed 12th Standard with at least 50% of marks. or Bachelors degree holder.

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you are not eligible for SSC CGL examination.
This is because,
To be eligible for SSC CGL examination you need to be either appearing for your final year examination of graduation or should be a graduate but you are still in class 12th , you will be eligible after your graduation ,also your age should be at least 18.

**********You must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
††† Students appearing fir their final year degree examination are also provisionally eligible.
**********Minimum age limit :- you need to be at least 18 years old to be eligible as on 1st August of the year of appearing for exam.
**********Maximum age limit :- 32 years , also there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for sc/st category
