I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, If you got a seat in AIQ then you have to reject that seat before the due date then only your security amount will be refunded and then only you can participate in further rounds of AIQ or State counseling. If you don't cancel your seat before the due date then you are not eligible for State counseling and further rounds.
