Hello Aspirant,
If it ia showing that no schemes are available for your details, that means you are not eligible for any scholarship scheme provided by them. But if you think thta you satisfy the criterias for scholarship and portal is creating problems then you can complaint about it through mail but the best way will be to call them and ask about the issue.
