I am applying for neet exam after marriage ... what name should I fillup in the form? my before marriage name or after marriage name

As you have doubt about what surname to enter, don't worry about it. According to NEET instructions you have to follow.
As per the NEET instructions you have to enter the surname which you have in BDS or else if possible you can also do one more thing you can apply for a name change certificate for which you need to provide your marriage certificate. They'll be giving a certificate which indicates your surname change in that case you can put your new surname which is in your Aadhar card and pan card. If this process is not possible then you can go as per NEET instructions and give name which is in your BDS certificates.

So, with regard to your query, it doesn't matter whether your name changed after marriage or the name before marriage. You need to mention what you had got in your 10th class hall ticket number. Mention the name that you got enrolled in the hall ticket number.
