First up, don't get worried and take your current crisis as a learning curve. Here are some options.
First, try to get a job in the Banking or Finance industry as you bring a lot of skills to the table with 3.5 years of experience and simultaneously prepare for CAT 2018 through distance learning mode from a reputed coaching institute.
Secondly, based on MAt scores, get an MBA admission in a good B-School that does not charge exhorbiant fees and then try for a job in the BFSI sector.
Thirdly, try to do a one-year Executive MBA from a reputed B-School.
