I have passed class 12 in 2019 . But I didnt not give jee main or jee advanced in 2019. Am I eligible for jee advanced 2021?

Yes you will be allowed to write JEE Main. But make sure to score the minimum required percentage this time.
Have a thorough foundation of concepts from NCERT (for physics, chemistry and mathematics). Practice questions from JEE prep books. I would recommend HC Verma for physics and RD Sharma for mathematics.
