No, you cannot fill the CLAT PG form. CLAT PG is an entrance test for admission in masters in Law courses. The eligibility criteria to pursue this course is that you require a Law degree. Hence If you want to pursue Law then you can take the CLAT UG entrance exam for admission in 5 year integrated law course like BA LLB, BCOM LLB, BBA LLB etc.

The fee structure of engineering varies from college to college around various regions. Apart from this some states/colleges provide fee concesions based on the percentage and catgoery you belong.
Fee at different colleges vary. First, you need to share which college are you looking upto for admissions. Secondly, the fee also depends on which all entrance exams have you appeared in and which all colleges are you taregetting.
