Minimum age limit is 17 years old . If you are going to appear in neet 2021 then to be eligible you should  be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021 and with your date of birth in May 2005 you fulfill this criteria and thus you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination as you will be 17 years old  in May 2021 itself

Also,
to be eligible  you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical )  with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th  examination  if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
