If you are from a reserved category, then you are eligible for SBI PO 2019 exam. But if you are from general category, the you are not eligible. For general category candidates, according to the eligibility criteria of SBI PO exam for 2019, candidates should have been born not later than April 1, 1998. As you are born after April 1, 1998, you are not eligible from general category.
For SBI PO exam you need to be a graduate in any stream and should have attained atleast 21 years of age.
The SBI guidelines says that a candidate should be between 21 and 30 years of age as he/she should be born between 02.04.1989 and 01.04.1998(both days included) for the 2019 exam.
The application process will start from april 2019.
