I am btech in CSC and I m not interested in mtech.so,is MA in public administration is good career choice for me.

You are doing a professional degree in Computer science. If you move to M.A Public administration, you will not at all be connected to the engineering field. I would like to know why you wish to do M.A Public Administration. Based on that only I could suggest whether it will be good for you or not. Without knowing what prompted this shift in your studyline, I will not be able to clearly help out. Do write back giving the reason why you wish the change.
