I am bupesh,I got 70 percentile in jee mains in sc category,can I get seat in nit college

With just 70 percentile in jee main , I am sorry but you won't get any college through jee main. 70 percentile ia yoo low.
You can go for state joint entrance examination and try to get admission into any govt. College or if not then take private college . As your score is too low , you can also drop and again give jee main.

At these marks there is no chance to get admission in any govt college like NIT or Gfit At these marks your general rank will be upto near 3lakh  and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt college but i will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you given the paper of JEE mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any govt college by state counselling hope you understand
