I have done my class 10 from maharashtra board they have written my name as per there pattern. And I am doing my 12 from cbse board they have written name according to maharashtra board but the have written my name in capital letter is there any problem while taking addmission in iit nit

If you have a gazette copy to support your claim in the change of your name, then there would be no problem. You can also correct your name in 10th marksheet through school or cbse website. They will also ask for proof and reason for that. It will take no problem during counselling process.
