I am class 2 employe in semi govt. I joined ths job as class 3 employe in 1995, then got promotion in 2009 as cls 2. Can I eligible for NCL?

Dear Vipul,

Apparently, you are NCL. If your annual family income is more than INR 450,000 it makes you non creamy layer.
