Dear i am not getting what you want to know.I assume that you have asked that you are just a 12th class pass and want admission under BCECE.So,that's not possible because you have not given the exam.You can only try in some colleges through management quota where a high donation is required.Some, of the colleges have seats reserved for management quota.
