I am colour blind I can't see blue colour now I have to attend my AP 10th boards can you say that whether I am allowed to use black to write all the answers in my boards

Yes, you can use a black pen to write all your answers in the AP 10th Board exams. Generally, both blue and black ink are allowed to write the paper. Since you cannot see blue properly, writing in black ink is completely acceptable. Just make sure you use only one colour throughout the answer sheet and avoid using red or green pens.
