Yes if you had passed board and had got good percentile in jee mains then definitely you can appear in the jee advance. Also At this pandemic situation jee advanced is not looking at minimum criteria of 75 percent in boards. Regarding college I am providing a link for you.Hope that it will be helpful to you.
