I am complete diploma in mechanical. I would like to shift my career to IT field with out completion of degree.What should i do now?

As you have mentioned that you have completed your diploma in mechanical and you want to become a developer or programmer... Let me tell you that you can do B. TECH IT or CSE to go into the field of programming and coding... See, you can get direct admission in 2nd year with lateral entry. But if you want a proper knowledge of coding and programming, then i would personally suggest you to join the B. Tech from 1st year.... This would really help you out in what you want to do and know.... Moreover, according to my personal experience, i would tell you that B tech in CSE is far better than B. Tech in IT.... So, now its totally your choice that what you want to choose..... Therefore, 4 years are enough to gain experience about coding and programming field...
