I am completed 10th in 2012 nd after tbat by financial problem i stop studing so now i want to start my study so i need some help in diploma

In the future I hope not but if financial problems arises, you should try getting scholarships that provide a decent stipen to cover you college fees.

And as for tution or help there are plenty of videos on different platforms where you can easily learn the courses for free.

You do not need to spend on extra classes. Textbooks have everything and each college will have a book bank and library is always open for students to borrow books for free.
