yes you can get admission for graduation. There are different stream. you have to choose and prepare for the process of admission.

if you want to do BSc, BCom, BBA, BA, BEd then you will get admission on the basis of merit. if you choose top university then there will be entrance/screening test. For government college or private institute, you will get admission on the basis of your 12th percentage. You have to satisfy the percentage cutoff of the college for the respective degree.

if you want to do engineering, then you have to appear engineering entrance exam like JEE mains, state engineering exam or university engineering entrance.  without entrance score, you can take admission through direct admission which is not recommended. for current year, JEE mains application date has expired. check out for your state exam or domicile university exam.

if you want to go for design n architecture then you have to appear NATA or jee mains paper2. on the basis of entrance score, you will get admission into BArch or BPlan.

If you want to go for medical like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, then you have to appear NEET exam. for current year, date for application is  already expired. you have to apply for next year.

if you want to go for law, then you have to appear CLAT exam and pursue BA LLB, BBA LLB in law college.
