After this i suggest you should go for jobs.What you need else? If there us something more that you what to study and you are interested in that then you should go fo it.But in my opinion you should go foe jobs.

There are many options for you after an MBA. Depending upon your area of specialization, you can apply for the jobs.

If your area of specialization/interest is finance, then you may find jobs in the following categories:

a) BFSI: This consists of jobs in retail banking, insurance and analytics space. You need to have decent skills in analytics like data visualization (Tableau, MS PowerBi, etc.), R, SQL, etc. Along with this, you should also have some knowledge of finance and fintech sector.

b) Markets: This consists of sales and trading jobs in commercial banks which requires you to be very good at maths and have knowledge on what is going on around in the financial world

c) Equity Research: These jobs are mainly to research on industries to create research reports and give recommendations on stocks as buy/sell

d) Investment Banking: The jobs in investment banking are very rear and these require you to be highly knowledgeable about valuation of firms.

If your area is marketing, then there are 2kinds of jobs:

a) Sales: In this one requires to handle the distribution channel and meet the sales targets of the company.

b) Marketing: In this, you need to create a marketing strategy for the company. Usually, one need prior sales experience for this job.

If you are interested in consulting, then there are the following jobs:

a) Management Consulting: This consists of the job where you advise clients on their businesses. One needs to be able to understand different businesses to work in these jobs.

If you are interested in General Management, there are jobs in most of the conglomerates, but they usually hire from top tier campuses or those who have significant achievements in the previous jobs.

If you are interested in Technology space,

a) Product  Management: These jobs are getting popular after the entry of e-commerce firms in India. A product manager usually works like a mini-CEO fora particular product looking and integrating all the functions (marketing, operations, finance, technology) related to the product.

If you are interested in studying further, only go if you really have motivation for the same especially if you want to do a PhD. After PhD you can become a professor at any B-school or else can also get a job which requires specific skillset achieved by you in doctoral studies.
