I am completing my one year intenship by 15th May 2020. Is there any undertating form for eligiblity criteria for 45 days extension intenship.

Hi,

As internships are provided solely on the basis of position and funding availabilities which differ as we move from one company to another, my advice would be to bring it up with your current employer and if he/she wants you to keep working with them, they will let you know.

As far as my knowledge goes, there is no such formal procedure for extending an internship. You have to just ask for it.
