Hi

For admission into any college, or even for future job/internship prospects, you would always require your class 12th marksheet. Repeating an year would barely affect your timeline of things, but will be really instrumental in your career. If you think you can perform well given a second chance, I would suggest you to definitely go for it! All the best!
