Your Category is sub category of OBC-NCL. different states have different sub categories under Major 5 reservation category which are General, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD.
every category is sub categorized regionally so that all the possible combination of backward class citizen will move ahead and learn. One simple way of making normalization.
