I am currently in semester 5 tybms. i have secured 55.4% in sem 1, 49.7% in sem 2, 74.5% in sem 3, 66% in sem 4. Can i still appear for Cat 2021? If yes then what are the next necessary procedures to be taken from me?

You're CGPA till the 6th sem is considered while shortlisting. It should be 8.5 or above to get shortlisted for IIM ABC. If it isn't in that range you can still get IIM you need to maintain a good profile.
You need to crack CAT with percentile 97 and above to get shortlisted for IIMs. There are various factors like 10th,12th, graduation score, work experience, internships, other activities they look at

So, yes don't get bogged down if your graduation marks are a bit less you still can get shortlisted.
