Hello Student,
Since you are in 3rd year of BBA (CA) and have one year to prepare for MCA in Japan useful focus on these steps:
- Shortlist universities and check their MCA/Computer Science eligibility, deadlines, fees and language requirements.
- Prepare for IELTS/TOEFL if the programme is taught in English; learn Japanese if required by your chosen programme.
- Strengthen your profile through programming, projects and internships related to IT/Computer Applications.
- Prepare your SOP, CV, LORs and academic documents well in advance.
- Explore MEXT and university scholarships to manage expenses.
- Apply within the university's deadline and, after admission, complete the COE and student visa process.
My suggestion is Start university shortlisting and language-test preparation now rather than waiting until your final year.
Best wishes for your Japan study plan!
