Yes, you can surely apply for an M.A. in Psychology at Delhi University through the entrance exam CUET PG.
DU allows the candidates with any discipline for any courses, but the first preference will be given to candidates with a psychology background.
As for the criminology course, it's not offered at Delhi University.
If you are interested, you can apply for forensic psychology programs at NFSU.
