you can not fill form of MHT-CET by domicile of UP in any category .
you must be domicile of maharashtra to apply for enginnering colleges of maharashtra .

You have to fill their OBC and that is what you'll upload in you cast certificate.
Pleae not that the aplication form is avaialble online and you you to fill it latest by March 31, 2019.
