Hello Keshav,
CSAB conducts counselling and admission of JEE Main qualified candidates to the institutes that fall under the category of NEUT (North Eastern States and Union Territories), SFTI (Self Financed Technical Institute) and UT (Supernumerary Seats for Union Territories). Other than these, CSAB will also conduct a Special Round counselling for the admission of JEE Mains qualified candidates to NITs,GFITs and IIITs.
Since you have a domicile of Maharashtra, you can apply for CSAB SFTI counselling and CSAB Special Round. You have to first see the eligibility criteria of SFTI and Special Round and on the basis of that you have to register to CSAB. CSAB counselling will start after the end of JoSAA counselling. - The candidates who haven't registered or participated in in JoSAA 2019 will also be eligible to apply for the special round.
