Thanks for your query. To be honest, the gap is considerably a big one! Ideally, the foreign colleges and universities accept an education gap of 1 year after studies. However, it depends entirely on the university’s decision whether to admit someone to the course/programme. Students take academic gaps for numerous reasons; they start working or make a come-back from some prolonged period of sickness, have children, raising kids etc. These excuses are at times, accepted by institutes. Having said that, you need to provide credible information about what you have been doing all these 10 years. They would like to know what work/project or legal business were you engaged during the last 10 years, to justify your gap. It would be great if you can produce relevant certification/diploma to avoid getting your chances of visa getting rejected. You also need to appear for the respective qualifying tests like GRE/GMAT and English proficiency tests like TOEFL and IELTS.
Few clarifications required-
1> Which course you want to pursue and where?
2> Your educational background?
3> When do you want to apply?

Hope this helps. Good luck!
Hi Pavan,
What are you presently doing? What level of education do you want to pursue? What are your aspirations? I would like more information on your background both academic and social before I can suggest you any course.
There are a number of courses that you can pursue abroad. You are eligible to pursue programs abroad if you clear different exams required for admission.
Do revert with your academic details and I will be able to suggest you better.
Best wishes,
