I am expected marks 145/200 in aiims, how many chapters l'll revision for PCb please tell about particular topics?

There's no such thing as important or unimportant topic in AIIMS. Everything that's there in the syllabus is important. It's just that the weightage for all the topics is different. Here's a link that'll help you with it.
