I am expecting 103-108 marks on jee mains. I belong to Sc category. Can I get pec Chandigarh.??

If you get 103-108 marks definitely you will get a seat in college which you want to take admission. If ypu get theses marks and belongs to sc category there is a chance of getting seat in NIT's also. You can try them. In my view you will get a rank of 2k-3k . So that you will a desired seat .
