Yes , you may qualify for the stage 2 cause this year the no of students was comperatively low and the difficulty level of MAT paper was high than the previous one .

Minimum 40marks each in MAT and SAT is must for qualifying and cutoffs have been 121 marks in General category in last year.
Hence 162 is great score and good chances expected ahead.
