i am fail in biology theory but i am pass in practical overall i am pass so my question is can i get admission in graduation please help me with .

If you passed in 10+2 then obviously you can apply for Graduation. But for hons course they need to have passed in all subjects. So if some of these conditions are imposed then you will not be able to be eligible for Graduation.
