I am female with 5ft. height and a eyesight of 6/6 and 6/9. would I qualified for OTA. Also, how many seats are there for females in ota chennai amd ota gaya??

Yeah! You are qualified for the OTA since the minimum height is 148 cm and the eyesight is your standard. SO there will be no issue with it.
There are no absolute information available online related the seats. Although you can say that they select 80-100 girls in a year.
